Every staff position for all shows could always use help! If you like an area of theatre and want to get involved, email our Production Coordinator, Naomi Gayner (nrgayner@udel.edu), and she will point you in the right direction!

Chair Positions + Teams

  • Publicity Chair is responsible for all advertising shows and events, which includes designing and distributing posters and quarter-folds, leading social media campaigns, and reaching out to other organizations.

  • Costumes Chair manages E-52's costume closet (JAX) on the second floor of Perkins, oversees all show costumers, and educates the membership about costuming.

  • Technical Chair manages E-52's tech closet in the basement of Perkins, oversees all technical staffs, and educates the membership about technical aspects of theatre.

  • Properties Chair manages E-52's prop closet in Pearson Hall, oversees all show property masters, and educates the membership about acquiring properties.

  • Hair and Makeup Chair(s) manage E-52's hair and makeup boxes, which are stored in JAX, and oversee all hair and makeup teams.

  • Banquet Chair plans the winter and spring banquets, including the venue, menu, price, date, time, theme, activities, and transportation.

  • Historian makes the yearly scrapbook, and stores E-52 memorabilia like programs, posters, and show props. We have memorabilia in our office from over 80 years ago!

  • Webmaster designs and updates the E-52 website (which you're reading right now!) on a regular basis.

  • Fundraising Chair plans fundraisers, often at restaurants on Main Street, throughout the semester. 

  • Encore Newsletter Committee (led by our Vice President) creates and distributes newsletter to distribute to the membership and alumni to keep everyone up to date on what is happening in the organization.
